Funding Your Wallet for Dextra

Now that you've set up your wallet, it's essential to fund it with crypto tokens. To execute any transaction on a blockchain, such as trading on a decentralized exchange or depositing into Dextra's vaults, you need the native gas token to cover transaction fees. For Ethereum, it's ETH; for BNB Chain, it's BNB, and so on.

Fiat-to-Crypto Conversion

Several providers facilitate purchasing crypto directly into your wallet using bank transfers or credit cards. On Dextra, these services are integrated into a single module for streamlined access, allowing you to select the best option. Click the "Buy Crypto" button at the top of the page to initiate the fiat-to-crypto conversion process.

Centralized Exchange Method

If you have an account on a centralized exchange such as Binance or Coinbase, funding your wallet is straightforward. The process involves withdrawing your crypto from the exchange to your wallet address. Here are the detailed steps:

  1. Select the Coin to Withdraw: Choose the cryptocurrency you want to transfer from the exchange to your wallet.

  2. Choose the Blockchain Network: Specify the blockchain network on which you wish to receive the crypto asset (e.g., ERC-20 for Ethereum, BEP-20 for Binance Smart Chain).

  3. Enter Your Wallet Address: Provide the address of your Dextra-compatible wallet to which the funds will be sent.

  4. Confirm the Transaction: Review the transaction details and confirm the withdrawal.
